Shipping times are estimates only. We will ship your order within the stated processing time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss and damage for products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Sale items, personalized products, and certain closeout accessories may be marked non-returnable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
